Ordering online at TheLazyCamper.com is safe and easy --- and is guaranteed.

We guarantee that every transaction that you make at TheLazyCamper.com will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are make to your credit card as a result of shopping at TheLazyCamper.com.

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank can not hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If you bank does hold you liable for any amount up to $50.00, TheLazyCamper.com will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50. TheLazyCamper.com will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at TheLazyCamper.com while using the secure surver.

In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Shipping / Order Status

TheLazyCamper.com offers multiple shipping options for delivery within the US. Please note that some orders may be shipped from our new Canadian warehouse at no additional shipping cost if supplies are limited.

In stock items will be processed within 2 business days. Expedited (2-Day/Next Day) orders placed by 12:00 PM PT will be processed within 1 business day. To calculate estimated delivery date add processing time to transit time. For example, an item that's processed in 2 business days and shipped using Standard shipping (1-5 business days) will arrive in 3-7 business days.

Notes:

• If ordering 2 or more items from multiple shipping categories, you will be charged the first item fee of greater value. 

Returns and Exchanges

Products purchased from TheLazyCamper.com can be returned by mail within 30 days of receipt of shipment via our Returns Center. 

Defective products will be exchanged for the same product type.

Returns by Mail

1. Fill out the back of your invoice and include it with your return. If you cannot send your invoice, please include your order number and TheLazyCamper membership number, if you're a member.
   
   
2. Specify whether you want a return or exchange.
   
   
3. For an exchange, please indicate which new product you want by providing the item number located above the photo on the item's Product Information page. Include color and size choices, if applicable.
   
   
4. Insure your package and mail to:

Because TheLazyCamper.com stock changes quickly, we may not be able to replace returned items. If this is the case, we will credit your bankcard for the purchase amount. No substitutions, please.

Tracking Returns or Exchanges

It takes approximately 2-3 weeks for a completed exchange. To check the status of your return or exchange, please email admin@thelazycamper.com
and include the following information:

• Order number
• Item name or item number
• Member number (if applicable)
• Billing name and address
  

Payment Methods

• You may pay via Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, or The Lazy Camper gift card.
• If you wish to pay by check, orders will not be shipped until the check has cleared  (1-2 weeks for receipt of product once check has been mailed - postal service delivery times may vary)
